What is VA Coach’s Corner?
Coach’s Corner (CC) serves as a unique online service for coaches at every level as well as high school and college athletic
directors and administrators. This service also serves executives of professional franchises and organizations. Any coach
can post their individual coaching profile (see a sample profile) on our site. High
school coaches can assist in providing exposure for their student athletes, post their resumes, search for coaching job
listings,; have job listings sent to them, and upload video of their games to the site. College coaches can post their
resumes, search for coaching job listings and have listings sent to them. High school and college athletic
directors/administrators can post job openings, search for applicants and have resume postings sent to them. This service
also allows executives of professional franchises to post job openings, search for applicants and have resume postings sent
to them.
Is there a cost associated with signing up?
This service is FREE.
Can I post my profile without posting my resume?
Yes. One has nothing to do with the other. Coaches may simply want to display facts about their coaching experience, including one’s record, career highlights, etc. Coaches may even post a picture. Please note, your profile will be accessible to all visitors to the site. Resumes are only accessible to select visitors (read below).
Who will have access to the information I submit?
Select visitors (i.e. other coaches; athletics directors, general managers) who choose to utilize our resume service and job posting and receiving service will have access to resumes posted by coaches. However, coaching profiles placed on our site will appear periodically for the viewing public.
After I sign up is there anything else I have to do?
No. Your password will be sent to you via e-mail. You may then log into your account using your e-mail address and password.

How long will my information remain in the database?
Vanguard Athletics has not established any particular time frame for maintaining information submitted to us. However, VA requests that all users provide us with a valid and current e-mail address. VA will remove all profiles and accounts that do not have a valid and current e-mail address. VA also reserves the right to close accounts we deem to be inactive or those accounts in which the user engages in behavior we deem to be inappropriate and/or unethical.
